Front End User Interface Developer

Pharmacy Simplified. We leverage service and technology to simplify the management of complex medication regimens for the 32 million people taking more than 5 medications a month. PillPack uses design to create an unparalleled patient experience that is both satisfying and effective.

You are passionate about making beautiful, intuitive, and thoughtfully crafted interactions on the web. You have architected the CSS for massive web applications that are beautiful and performant across desktop and mobile devices. You’ve built your own CSS framework or are intimately familiar with Bootstrap, Foundation, or another framework. You prefer to work on something from its inception (vs a Photoshop mockup handoff), have opinions on the design and interactions. You may identify as a designer who codes or a developer who designs, but at the end of the day what’s important is that you speak both languages. You love to research, sketch, prototype, and build your own work to meet your high standards.

* Design, user-test, and develop an intuitive sign-up flow * Build a workflow management tool for our pharmacy staff * Design and develop a set of common UI components for use across the entire product team * Design and develop effective landing pages to acquire customers by working with the marketing team

* Thoughtful opinions on CSS architecture, markup, interaction design and visual design * Passion for service and product design * Experience identifying and prioritizing user needs through design research * Experience providing and receiving effective feedback about design patterns, development practices, and aesthetics * Comfortable writing production JavaScript; our new apps are build with Vue
