Mandarin Chinese Speaking Talent

The PGA TOUR is the world's foremost golf Tour and the home of some of the world's top golfers including Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Phil Mickelson, Luke Donald, Brandt Snedeker, Bubba Watson, Ernie Els, and Dustin Johnson.

We presently have an opportunity for a Mandarin Chinese Speaking Talent at PGA TOUR Entertainment. The Mandarin Chinese speaking talent is responsible for writing, producing, and performing assigned studio programming for the Chinese broadcasting partners. Content includes short-form video content (tournament highlights/recaps), existing content (player profiles), and original custom content (players playing in China) which must be performed in both Chinese and English. Script writing in Chinese must be creative, factual, and woven into good story-telling.

- Work closely with the PGA TOUR Entertainment production team in crafting scripts, translating Chinese speaking elements, and organizing video elements to be delivered to the Chinese broadcasting partners - Serve as on-site reporter during PGA TOUR sanctioned events and voice-over talent in the post-production process - Research existing video content to be used in features - Conduct on-camera interviews in both Chinese and English - Serve as on-camera host for various video segments in both Chinese and English - Provide voice-over for daily/weekly video segments in both Chinese and English

- Bachelor’s degree in Television/Film Production, Broadcast Journalism, Communications and/or related area of study - Minimum three years international television production experience, with at least two years on-camera experience - Experience in script writing with emphasis on story-telling required - Experience in generating feature content, researching, and organizing material - Sports production background preferred, strong golf knowledge required - Experience in live television (studio/remote) environment - Strong interviewing/reporting skills required - Fluent in speaking Mandarin Chinese and able to translate English speaking content to Chinese and vice-versa - Work schedule may include evenings, weekends and holidays
