China Custom Content Producer

The PGA TOUR is the world's foremost golf Tour and the home of some of the world's top golfers including Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Phil Mickelson, Luke Donald, Brandt Snedeker, Bubba Watson, Ernie Els, and Dustin Johnson.

We presently have an opportunity for a China Custom Content Producer at PGA TOUR Entertainment. The China Custom Content Producer will collaborate with the PGA TOUR International department to produce custom content for the Chinese broadcasting partners, handling multiple projects simultaneously from concept through implementation. A significant portion of the job involves communicating in Chinese, including translating, script writing, and interacting with China broadcasting partners.

- Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and ensure the quality of all content delivered - Manage all projects, from concept to business requirements, through all phases of implementation - Oversee ideation, scripting, planning, and storytelling of each content element delivered - Must have solid understanding of all aspects of PGA TOUR Entertainment production policies, including archive retrieval, pre and post production, field production, and directing talent - Identify existing content from the PGA TOUR - Entertainment archives and convert to fit the needs of the Chinese broadcasting partners - Write scripts, creative briefs, outlines, and shot lists - Work with talent in scripting, on-camera, and voiceover

- Bachelor’s degree in Television/Film Production, Broadcast Journalism, Communications and/or related area of study. Master’s degree a plus. - Minimum five years international television production experience and knowledge of Chinese broadcast practices and standards is required - Production experience should include single and multi-camera field production and all phases of post-production - Should have experience in developing program content, generating creative treatments, organizing show rundowns, script writing and line-producing for a wide variety of programming - Sports production background preferred, experience with the game of golf preferred - Fluent Mandarin Chinese - Work schedule may include evenings, weekends and holidays
