Summary
You are a high integrity company builder looking for an opportunity to create a category and sell a high ROI solution that solves a huge and growing problem for brands. Persado is a high-growth cognitive computing company, and we are looking for a Paid Media Sales Director responsible for working with brands directly, and their agencies as needed, selling our smart content solution across paid media channels like display and Facebook. The ideal candidate will currently have experience and knowledge in one or more of the following: display ad servers, the display agency eco system and other related display optimization platforms.
Responsibilities
* Drive up-sell of our paid media solutions into our existing customers working closely with our customer success teams. * Drive the sales process for our paid media solutions with our new business prospects working closely with the Enterprise sales team as well as our existing account team directors. * Accurately manage a pipeline of opportunities to close working with resources dedicated to expanding our market presence
Ideal Candidate
**What We Want To See:** * 5 years of direct sales experience in paid media technology or display advertising. * Strong understanding of the digital eco-system especially display and Facebook. * Understanding of media budgeting drivers & a proven track record of managing high volume paid media sales at the enterprise level. * Strong contacts with the executives responsible for paid media within key target companies. * Solid digital advertising technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience at VP level and above within our core vertical markets. * Organized and structured thinking for planning and execution purposes. * Leadership and gravitas to effectively conduct business activities. * Salesmanship and effective communications. * Time management (ability to work alone and develop own daily/weekly agenda). * Strong advantage if you have experience in selling in a subscription business model typically in the range of $100k to over $1m in ARR. **Who You Are:** * A self-starter with strict attention to detail. * Driven with self-confidence and resourceful. * Vision, positive attitude and ability to think outside of the box. * You have an analytical mind, with the ability to manage a team of resources to deliver targets * Passionate in the way you convey solutions.
