Responsibilities
- Ideally you are passionate about the built environment’s ability to transform behavior, and your background is in workplace strategy, architecture, interior design, information design, real estate, organizational strategy, and/or business. - Main responsibilities will include assisting in and leading the efforts of client information gathering and data analysis, space programming, real estate portfolio planning, design guideline development, workplace strategy, change management, presentation and deliverable design, benchmarking and trend analysis. - You will work closely with clients to quantify their growth and real estate needs and conduct supply vs. demand analysis to assess their space portfolio requirements over time. - You will also work with the design team through schematic design phase to ensure project vision and requirements are being implemented within project constraints. - Qualified candidates are collaborative, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and have a good balance of left-brain/right-brain abilities. - You must feel comfortable interviewing and presenting to senior level clients and engaging in business development efforts.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor Degree in a related major required - Three to five years of experience in the field, relevant internships are a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop insights from quantitative and qualitative user research - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Adobe Design Suite (especially InDesign), AutoCAD and/ or Revit required - Knowledge of Facility Management Systems (FMS) software a plus
