Outbound Business Representative Manager

By plugging into database, marketing and billing systems, it can show customers how email and SMS affect user retention; which sales channels produce the most loyal users; and how many users use both web and mobile frontends.
We are looking for a Outbound Business Representative Manager to join our quickly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by developing qualified pipeline at target accounts. You will manage a team of outbound business representatives focused on building outbound sales pipeline and achieving individual and team quotas. You will partner closely with marketing on demand generation programs and campaigns to further develop the outbound sales strategy and drive key initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage, hire, onboard, and train a team of outbound business representatives
- Develop and coach representatives to work towards their career growth objectives
- Promote the culture and values that define the Periscope sales team
- Proactively identify and launch initiatives to drive new outbound pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing to drive new business through account based sales development tactics
- Achieve monthly pipeline and revenue targets
- You have a track record of overachieving individual and team targets
- You have experience identifying, recruiting, and developing top talent
- You thrive in a high growth and changing environment while driving and implementing cross-functional initiatives
