Summary
We are actively seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and talented professionals with a background in project management. Based upon the level of experience, project managers may also be responsible for managing the overall client account, providing strategic direction and advice to Peloton’s clients and managing a larger portfolio of business. The ideal candidate has the desire to be very hands on, while at the same time being able to think and lead strategically.
Responsibilities
* Providing presales support through structuring Peloton’s approach to solve a client issue, estimating work, developing sales proposals and statements of work * Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations * Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans * Gathering and analyzing business requirements * Developing a work plan and managing the team to meet project milestones * Managing the project budget to ensure a profitable as well as ‘on budget’ solution to the client * Managing project scope and ensuring requirements are satisfied at the conclusion of the project * Ensuring a high quality experience for our clients * Creating a growth experience for members of the project team * Managing and mitigating project risks and issues * Mentoring junior team members in their career development * Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree * 3+ years of experience managing business process re-engineering and/or software implementations. * Experience in full life-cycle project development including requirements, design, development, testing and roll-out * Demonstrated experience in analyzing a business issue and developing a future state recommendation * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members * Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent presentation and facilitation skills * Eagerness to mentor junior staff * A can-do attitude that resonates in how you tackle problems and work with a team * Ability to travel within the United States
