We are looking for a high-energy, confident and driven individual to join our team as an Accountant.

* Manage bookkeeping for the company, including accounts payable, expense reporting, payroll, employee reimbursements and accounts receivable. * Maintain fixed asset and associated depreciation schedules. * Benefits Administration (new hire enrollment, open enrollment, reconcile bill to payroll deductions). * Support Federal and State tax filings and compliance reporting. * Assist with annual and quarterly financial reporting and audit. * Develop and analyze operational reports and budgets. * Design and implement accounting policy and procedures as necessary. * Perform other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time by the VP of Finance.

* Bachelor’s Degree required. * Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience. * Experience as a staff accountant or bookkeeper. * Proficiency with Excel, Word and Google Docs. * Excellent organizational skills. * Strong oral and written communications skills. * Professional manner and strong work ethic. * Bright, confident and motivated personality. * Able to work independently and without constant supervision. * (Bonus) Experience with Gusto, Abacus or Xero Accounting system.
