Summary
An insanely passionate, hands-on hunter to grow our partner network. We want you if the following applies to you: * You’re great at sniffing out a good prospect, and squarely placing a target on his/her back * You love the challenge of hunting down said target and closing the account, no matter how long it takes * You relish the process of repeating #1 and #2 ad infinitum until your stacks grow large * You are a self-starter, needing only yourself to motivate you to kick serious derriere every single day
Responsibilities
* Leveraging your existing network in social media, ( or building one with blinding ferocity, if it doesn’t exist), relentlessly identify and secure new publishers for the company * Devise and execute a strategy to drive growth * Be the voice of our partners within the company, helping to inform innovation and new product launches to ensure continued partner satisfaction * Effectively track relevant metrics and steer the team to ensure that quotas are constantly exceeded, and that the company can continue to enjoy hockey-stick growth
Ideal Candidate
* At least 3 years of experience in business development * Demonstrated ability to seek out and form long-term partnerships * Excellent client management and client retention skills * Highly proficient at implementing pricing strategy and tactics * Experience in the negotiation of global agreements and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) will be useful in this role
