**Summary:** PCCP is seeking an associate to join our San Francisco Acquisitions/Originations team. The associate will be assisting the team in its efforts to identify, analyze and close new debt and equity investments and will be responsible for underwriting new deals and preparing materials for investment committee presentations. This position has broad exposure to office, industrial, retail, multifamily and hospitality assets in markets across the Western United States. **Responsibilities:** * Screen new acquisition and debt opportunities against PCCP’s investment criteria * Underwrite potential deals using excel and Argus modeling * Prepare investment memoranda for meetings and investment committee * Present deals to senior management and PCCP’s investment committee * Conduct market and property due diligence including site tours, broker meetings, and reviewing third party research * Coordinate due diligence and closing process including JV/loan documents, third party reports, and property level information.

* Bachelor’s degree required with 2-4 years work experience in real estate or finance. * Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Financial modeling experience is mandatory and Argus modeling is preferred. * Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven and entrepreneurial environment. * Project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
