This position will be responsible for coordinating the introduction, planning, and processing of large or strategic customer orders through the Configuration and Distribution Center including communication with Sales, Services, Purchasing, and all associated Distribution departments to ensure resources are aligned, efficient production schedules are kept, delivery schedules are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

This position requires strong communication skills to obtain agreements from sales and production resources to ensure customer needs are met. The rapid growth business environment and constrained resources will require strong skills by the position holder to insure sales has appropriate information from which they can manage customer expectations.

* Experience working with system applications (JDE, Windows, File Maker, Microsoft Excel, Barcode generating software, Microsoft Word,.). * Working knowledge of industry transportation and distribution center operating procedures. * Ability to work under pressure created by handling multiple projects under a variety of deadlines while maintaining professional composure. * Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a team environment with a wide variety to individuals in sales, production, and support positions as well as direct contact with customers. * Able to consistently present PC Connection in a positive professional manner to our customers. * Ability to work with minimal supervision.
