PC Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Janesville, WI. We are looking for a Desktop Technician. This is a long term contract opportunity.
Responsibilities
* Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues
* Support PC and Mac environment
* Troubleshoot smart phones and tablets
* Telephone and onsite support
* Install software applications
* Coordinate and perform moves
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of experience
* Mac experience necessary
* Solid desktop support experience
* Hardware/software support
