• Tier 2 support for hardware and software issues
• Support PC and Mac environment
• Troubleshoot smart phones and tablets
• Telephone and onsite support
• Install software applications
• Coordinate and perform moves

• 3+ years of experience
• Mac experience necessary
• Solid desktop support experience
• Hardware/software support
