• Experience in Microsoft, BitDefender, HP servers, Kyocera, Minolta
• Direct Access completion
• Review of OU Structure
• New Images for Windows 10
• Define desktop imaging process and train desktop staff
• Documentation for processes
• SCOM/SCCM Setup
• MS EndPoint Protection
• Define desktop imaging process and train desktop staff
• On-call responsibilities.
