If you are a detail oriented person, who enjoys a fast paced work environment, and who is able to work in a team based environment, this could be the position for you! This Corporate Services position is responsible for performing the daily floor production activities generated by our value added services offerings. These activities will include asset tag creation and applying tags, custom packaging and labeling, and picking of license orders. In addition, this person will receive training in handling emails and Call Tracker cases. A solid understanding of the functions of the Shipping department is needed. Good organizational skills, coupled with effective communication skills will make you a prime candidate for this position.

* Experience working with Filemaker Pro * Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook * 1 to 2 years of experience working with JD Edwards * Working knowledge of order processing, shipping and transportation processes * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proven ability to multi-task while remaining organized * Sense of urgency to meet daily deadlines
