Corp Tech Lead / Data Security Architect is responsible for providing thought leadership and security-related subject matter expertise around a wide range of technologies and business initiatives. Should able to own end to end Corp Data security and take it to the next level based on the current strategy and direction.

* Research and recommend Data security tools for discovery, classification, access control and monitoring etc to help manage or improve system security analysis, mitigation, process, and incident management * Drive technical design requirements & aspects of Inventory, Schema, & Governance * Develop and maintain a run book for the ISM organization to enable safe and rapid responses to Database vulnerability disclosures * Provide Security mentoring and technical leadership to the Database Operations teams * Act as SME and provide L4 support and analysis during and after data security events * Serve as a Database security advisor to key business stakeholders, establishing trust relationships through active engagement and collaboration * Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; research information security standards; conduct system security and vulnerability assessments * Lead Information Data Security team and stay abreast of business and industry technologies and trends * Perform gap analysis across the organization to identify unnecessary complexity in existing processes and procedures; work with service and application owners on mitigation strategies * Able to run tools to trust and verify the certification done by the domain teams
