Summary
As a member of the Consumer Marketing – Co-Marketing team you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns with internal teams and merchants who accept PayPal as a payment method. This is a highly visible and collaborative role focused on increasing consumer engagement with PayPal.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver seasonal co-marketing programs end to end from strategy and plan development to execution and measurement. Identify the best merchant partners to engage, types of content to feature to consumers, and marketing messaging and channels for delivery. Communicate plans across teams and execute efficiently. Gather data, analyze, and report out on results. * Manage the PayPal Offers program. Procure, deliver, and optimize offers to ensure the right content is featured with relevant consumers. Work with Product to develop additional features for PayPal offers products. * Work in tight coordination with partners within Consumer Marketing and across functions to meet consumer engagement goals: Consumer Strategy, Digital Marketing, Merchant Marketing Teams, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Product, Credit, and Brand
Ideal Candidate
* You are a customer champion who can translate products and services into consumer and merchant facing value * Ability to strategically translate ideas into execution to meet business objectives. Forecasting and measuring the impact of your work is part of your DNA. * 6-8 years of experience in a traditional marketing role * Innovative mindset; strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills * Self-motivated, operate with a sense of urgency, and adapt quickly to change. Thrive in a very fast-paced and unstructured environment. * Strong project management skills. Act with minimal guidance to manage multiple projects with many moving parts. * Effective communicator with the passion and interpersonal skills to be productive in a highly cross-functional environment. * Experience with key marketing channels (email, digital, website mobile, social, PR, 3rd party sites, etc) and familiarity with performance marketing effectiveness and analytics * Relationship management experience is a plus * Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
