Responsibilities

Work in a positive team environment while helping achieve our 2015 goal of acquiring $450M+ in quality multifamily and commercial real estate investments nationwide.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Integral member of the acquisitions team and interacting with all company departments.
  • Oversee transaction due diligence effort including market research, third-party reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Responsible for analyzing moderate to complex information in order to prepare various reports for acquisitions team and senior company management.
  • Work with lenders by providing timely and relevant information for the loan and closing process.
  • Gather moderate to complex data on local, regional, and national real estate markets by researching a variety of sources.
  • Prepare investment committee packages.
  • Interface with third parties, investment brokers, lenders, attorneys, government agencies, etc., to complete tasks.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Real Estate, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum four years real estate experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Conversant with fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial and multifamily real estate investment analysis.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems and provide options for solutions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel a must, and Argus preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Be willing to travel
