Responsibilities
  • The Project Controller is responsible for Monthly financial statements, job cost analysis, bank and balance sheet recs, monthly draw requests, audit support, lien releases, general ledger, and subcontractors' accounts payable.
Ideal Candidate
  • This position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minimum of five years experience in job costing in a construction accounting environment.
  • Basic skills required include knowledge of generally-accepted accounting principles and the accounting disciplines of job cost, accounts receivable and general ledger.
  • In addition, the Project Controller should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office.
  • Timberline experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Compensation and Working Conditions
Reports to Assistant Controller and Controller
