* The Project Controller is responsible for Monthly financial statements, job cost analysis, bank and balance sheet recs, monthly draw requests, audit support, lien releases, general ledger, and subcontractors' accounts payable.

* This position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minimum of five years experience in job costing in a construction accounting environment. * Basic skills required include knowledge of generally-accepted accounting principles and the accounting disciplines of job cost, accounts receivable and general ledger. * In addition, the Project Controller should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office. * Timberline experience strongly preferred, but not required.
