The right individual will have prior experience in the consumer packaged goods industry with a combination of demand planning and financial analysis. * Develop statistical forecast models and research historical sales trends, and prepare forecast data * Partner with the Marketing team to understand the demand forecast drivers * Identify an approach with the other business units to ensure all information and data is accurate and current * Provide input to Supply Chain Analyst to develop inventory strategy

* 3 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Analysis * BS degree, MBA preferred * Strong forecasting, statistics and analysis skills * Team playe
