Responsibilities
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the sourcing of candidates for the recruitment and placement of clinical and non-clinical staff to fill posted positions within affiliated facilities. The sourcing specialist will generate productive candidate recruitment sources to build a qualified candidate pool for per diem, travel and permanent placement recruitment.
Ideal Candidate
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required, some college preferred
- 1-3 years experience in call center environment or phone based sales preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- emphasis on Outlook and Excel
- Experience in a production recruiting environment preferred
- Exceptional phone and organizational skills a must
