Registered Nurse Instructor

* Deliver training of instructional courses maintaining a high quality of service * Accomplish departmental metrics such as testing rate, retention, and attendance as needed. * Ensure stated course objectives are met by the students. * Contact students who miss class. * Utilize a variety of teaching methods, i.e., lectures, lab demonstrations, and hands-on workshops.

* 2-Year Degree (Registered Nurse); 4-Year Degree in Health Care or related field - preferred. * 3 years' experience as a RN- within the past 3 years * Current RN certification(s) * A passion for education * Experience in adult education highly desirable. * Follow-up skills and a proven track record of project completion * Past history of developing and maintaining constructive working relationships with others over an extended period of time. * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively with a diverse student and staff population
