Financial Analyst

Headquartered in Franklin, Tenn., Parallon is a leading provider of healthcare business and operational services. Parallon partners with hospitals and healthcare systems to improve their business performance through best practices in a broad portfolio of services, including revenue cycle, group purchasing (via HealthTrust), supply chain, technology, workforce management and consulting.

The Financial Analyst provides operational and financial analysis to operational unit leaders and senior leadership. Generates and delivers variance analysis and report key financial statistics, and assists business unit leaders in managing information effectively to optimize departmental efficiency and performance. A strong working knowledge of excel is required.

* Works closely with operations departments to assess and report performance. * Manages ad hoc data and analysis requests across shared services centers operational units. * Assists in the development of financial data collection and measurement tools. * Provides data analysis and financial impact assessments * Prepares and analyzes monthly operations reviews * Prepares variance analysis for accounts receivable, net revenue, and uncompensated care performance. * Creates and supports exception-based report generation for all departments. * Understands revenue cycle operations and technologies * Practices and adheres to the code of conduct philosophy and mission and value statements

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements. **Experience:** At least 3-4 years progressive accounting/finance experience required, preferably in healthcare. Relevant education may substitute experience requirement.
