- Formal cognitive sci/human factors background - Strong ergonomics and physical interaction skills and instincts - Strong analytic, synthesis and communication skills when dealing with qualitative and quantitative information and data - Proven ability to plan and execute experimental design for testing and evaluation of hardware products - Minimum 3 years of comparable experience (hardware HF/ergo/testing) - Ability to learn and adapt - Must be able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment - BS, or BA degree in Cognitive Science or related area of study.
