Marketing Analytics Intern

Want to analyze marketing campaigns and drive business decisions? In this role you'll be working on Pandora's marketing analytics team responsible for measuring and predicting the impact of marketing on listener behavior. We’re looking for someone passionate about consumer products, music, data analytics and using insights to help drive a better marketing and strategy decisions. This is a position that will provide you with an opportunity to get your career off to a great start.

• Collaborate with cross functional groups including Marketing and Analytics teams to identify key marketing insights.
• Develop data sets used to measure marketing impact.
• Create automated jobs that will extract data for analytic tools
• Build out visualizations of key metrics for consumption by Marketing, Strategy, and Exec teams
• Present analytical approach and findings to key stakeholders

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher to be completed in Winter 2017 or Spring/Fall 2018
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to solve diverse problems efficiently
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Comfortable with SQL and Python
• Tableau & Hive/Hadoop experience a plus
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Collaborates with team members to create useful analyses
