Art Director

**Responsibilities:** - Concept, design and implement cohesive visual design to support Pandora’s Sales Marketing B2B teams - Translate concepts into visual design with high attention to detail that illustrate sound functionality and simplicity that are aligned with our brand standards - Mentor and inspire design team - Regularly review creative work with Creative Director to get feedback on direction - Present creative concepts to management and marketing partners in a professional, inspirational, and logical manner - Identify creative solutions, handle occasional chaos well, communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure

**Requirements:** - 3+ years experience as an art director with experience designing for traditional B2B marketing and mentoring a team of designers. - 6+ years experience on a design team at an agency or brand. - Refined command of design principles with an understanding of emerging technologies and best practices - Experience creating powerpoint presentations, email campaigns, banner ads, websites and all traditional print elements - Ability to work under pressure on multiple, time-sensitive projects - Experience mentoring junior designers - Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) - Advanced experience with Powerpoint, (keynote a plus) - Working knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS - A strong portfolio that demonstrates your visual design thinking, creative solutions and core craft skills - Experience with motion graphics, and 3D a plus, not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
