Contracts Administrator I

Focus on contract preparation (including proposal review, summary, and exhibits), executive summary preparation and any other necessary support of the Customer Contracts Manager. Responsible for drafting new customer contracts, executive summaries, NDAs for customers, and any other support of Customer Contracts Managers, in accordance with company policies and practices. Will also be responsible for department reports / statistics.

* Determine which new projects need sales contracts, obtain appropriate proposals, and prepare contracts for submittal to customer. * Prepare all sales contract executive summaries for internal signature and distribution. * Prepare and distribute departmental reports and statistics. * Maintain department contract templates. * Communicate existing processes, customer requests and other pertinent information to internal groups, in support of Contracts Manager's negotiations, and Finance requirements. * Support preparation and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements with customers. * Support Customer Contracts Managers as necessary.

* Minimum 2 years related experience * 4-Year University degree highly desired * In-flight entertainment company experience highly desired. * Sales office experience desirable. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Available to travel domestic and internationally, up to 5% of time.
