Human Resources Talent Manager

We have over 65 professionals in our West Des Moines office and provide more than 300 client companies with a broad range of employment services that include recruiting, professional temporary staffing, high level contracting and outplacement services.

Due to growth, our client is looking to add to their Human Resources team. The HR Talent Manager will impact culture by accelerating all talent management and development processes to align team members with organizational goals. Will also offer opportunity to be involved with a generalist-scope of human resources responsibilities and initiatives.

* Plan, develop, implement, and coordinate employee growth and education programs * Coordinate and monitor performance appraisal programs, including performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans * Assist with analysis and monitoring of salary and wage levels, overall compensation structure, and bonus plans * Develop and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation process * Facilitate career pathing * Maintain job descriptions * Maintain employee handbooks * Drafts communications to employees * Develop and administer programs for employee reward and recognition

* Bachelors Degree * PHR or SPHR * Minimum of seven years work experience in a Human Resources role * Minimum of three years work experience in a training or L&D role
