- Provide guidance and discipline to creative people who have big ideas to help bring their projects to life on time and within budget -Be the right hand of the Chief Marketing Officer, keeping him up to date so he can focus on the "big picture" for the marketing team - Create processes for: timelines, campaigns execution, budgeting, and communication between different teams, and speed - Lead the creation and adherence to an inter-department Marketing Calendar - Effectively apply pressure to peers to achieve results without relying on authority

- Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years experience in marketing operations or marketing project management - Experience managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget and creating multi-campaign calendars - Ability to work in quickly changing, entrepreneurial environments - Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make recommendations in a professional manner across organizational levels - Posses a certain "cool factor" that allows you to communicate with all types of employees, bridge gaps between divisions and processes, and have fun while doing it
