Paladin is currently seeking a Contract Graphic Designer for an opportunity in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have 1—2 years of graphic design experience working directly with a media sales team with proposals, presentations, sell sheets, media kits, and other marketing collateral

* Mock up, presentation, and sell sheet conception and development for print and digital * Manage sourcing and production for print works and merchandise promotional materials * Use Illustrator and InDesign mockups to create PowerPoint Presentations * Generate website and social media posts by formatting, optimizing images, infographics, and videos * When creating new assets follow the media style guide * Take direction from the Creative Design lead

**Requirements** * Possess a 4-year degree in Advertising Design or Graphic/Communication Design and/or working equivalent * Have excellent visual and written communication skills * Have a deep understanding of and passion for typography, grid systems, and branding * Have above working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop * Familiarity with web and social best practices * Have knowledge in creating Powerpoint presentations * Familiarity with brand consistency and best practices * Be self-motivated and take ownership of projects as you follow guidelines **Pluses** * Have experience and skills in web development * Have experience with HTML or HTML5 platform, Wordpress, and Sharepoint * Have experience in creating social media graphics for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
