A Contract Graphic/Production Design job in the greater Phoenix, AZ area is available through Paladin. This position is a contract role with a reputable organization working within their design creative department. The Graphic Designer will work in-house, 40 hours a week. This will be a production and design focused opportunity assisting with a new website launch and production design oriented tasks. Strong Illustrator and Photoshop experience is mandatory.

* Support the creative design team in ensuring all branding is consistent and adhering to corporate standards * Update existing projects that require more production oriented skillsets * Assist with design projects across print, packaging, event, social, web, and more! * Collaborate closely with project coordinators and design staff to maintain consistency with deadlines and workflow * Attend project meetings to brainstorm ideas and prioritize workload

* Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field of study * Proficiency using Photoshop & Illustrator required for production oriented tasks * Must be proficient using Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint * Strong concept, layout and typographical skills * Experience prepping files for vendors and strong attention to detail * Strong project management and organization (high volume environment) * Experience designing for interactive and print projects * Comfortable doing production oriented work as well as creative design * Conceptual designer – design with a purpose and passion!
