We're looking for a Senior Designer to help conceive, define and execute the user experience of our web and mobile products. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the look and feel of Paint Nite's suite of consumer facing online experiences. You will have tremendous impact on all aspects of our digital business and be responsible for laying the design foundation and visual direction for many of our key digital offerings. * You have an amazing portfolio that showcase a diversity of experience leading a range of challenging projects. * You’re a fresh, strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problems. * You are equally comfortable guiding fellow designers as you are getting your hands dirty and supporting design production. * You are passionate about designing world-class beautiful products. * You thrive when you’re working with a small team in a fast-paced environment. * You understand best design practices equally well for scalable web experiences and for native mobile apps * You have strong, well-formed opinions and can articulate user needs in a compelling, clear way to colleagues across all levels of the organization. * You are open minded and flexible, constantly looking for new ways to make stuff happen and make the design better. * You have experience juggling multiple projects at once under tight deadline pressure. * You live and breathe design but find balance in life beyond the screen. * You’re a talented, socially conscious pixel-pushing pro that wants to become indispensable inside our exciting culture. **You Have:** * 6-8+ years experience designing consumer facing sites and apps * Strong competency with a range of skills including UI/UX and graphic design. * Rock star-level talent in Photoshop, Illustrator and other tools of the trade (Omnigraffle, InVision, etc.). * Great portfolio showcasing amazing designs across multiple media formats including web, mobile web, iOS and Andriod. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Extra bonus points if you've worked in a startup environment
