Marketing Program Manager

PACCAR is a global technology leader in the design, manufacture and customer support of premium light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates. PACCAR also designs and manufactures advanced diesel engines, provides financial services, information technology, and distributes truck parts related to its principal business.

The Marekting Technology Program Manager is responsible for managing the eCommerce focus Program by continuously growing Dealer parts sales through utilizing the robust sales analytic features in Focus. Deliver high quality implementations, training and support services for Dealers. Display strong communication,a proactive leadership style, and exhibit teamwork across departments.

• Manage the process to ensure quality implementation and set-up of focus. Includes training Dealers and DPMs on the powerful focus sales analytics tool. Deliver Web-based training sessions to highlight the functionality within focus. Manage sales process from sales order to invoicing.
• Manage eComerce sales analytics system to create campaigns and identify sales leads for dealers. Manage the internal data sharing between departments in order to leverage sales intelligence within focus.
• Create system enhancements and reports that make it easier for dealers to gain additional parts business using Focus.
• Conduct customer and dealer surveys to determine the level of satisfaction with the systems. Continuously improve the system and support services to increase adoption and use of focus
• Coordinate communication with Dealer Business System Suppliers and focus supplier on projects and enhancements.
• Deliver presentations and demos of focus

• BA in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of dealer support experience
• Understanding of dealer business and the sales process.
• Knowledge of truck parts and components.
• PC skills in Excel and Access.
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Available to travel up to 25%
