- Manage US marketing events program (planning, execution, analysis) with approximately 18-20 national tradeshows, 2-4 regional events
- Collaborate and proactively engage with members of the MarComm team located in the UK office, as well as cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Clinical to coordinate, communicate and optimize programs to execute messaging and positioning aligned with business requirements and Oxford Immunotec brand.
- Manage the tactical execution of projects to support the promotion and commercialization of solutions nationally
- Ensure that content is reviewed and taken through proper Regulatory and Legal approvals
- Execute the development of printed marketing collateral for the company including brochures, data sheets, case studies. web content, e-blasts and any other material the organization makes public to customers, potential customers, investors, media and any other public audiences
- Set-up and manage inventory of promotional materials to ensure appropriate levels of access are set and compliance needs are met by facilitating a monthly annual review process of all materials
- Track and report key metrics and other reports as requested
- Manage, generate and utilize analytics to refine programs for maximum return on investment and track key performance metrics for: marketing campaigns, message creation, story development, demand generation, and brand awareness
- Monitor the Oxford Immunotec brand and ensure consistency of usage globally
- Select & manage vendors and contractors as needed
- Regular attendance and timeliness is essential.
- BA, BS, BSc (or equivalent), preferably in business, marketing or the natural sciences
- 5-7years of experience in marketing communications, trade show planning, branding, integrated campaign development, digital content development
- Prefer knowledge in the industry of pharmaceutical, medical device, academic research, clinical research or other similar field
- Communications expertise with emphasis on integrated content development
- Experience managing trade shows, communication projects, vendors/contractors
- Track record of delivering measurable, successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and multitask to enhance productivity and manage workload in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Works with a sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written analytical/problem solving, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills essential
- Comprehensive skills in computer and proficiency in Creative Suite, Website CMS (WordPress), marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Wistia.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of time.
