Apply Now The Global Sales Training Manager will manage the global training & customer certification program for Outbrain’s Sales and Account Management teams and is a critical component in our overall marketing plan.

The Global Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a program that will cover Sales skills, knowledge, and tools, aimed at helping our sellers continue to meet our customers’ changing needs. This role will also be responsible for driving an external customer certification program that helps clients better understand how to use the Outbrain tools to manage campaign results.

This role is focused on making our sellers better. It requires a knowledge of both a media sales environment and an understanding of the product.

• 5-10 years experience in a media sales environment in a training and/or certification role
• Past history of working within a multiple-region organization
• A proven ability to develop, sell-in, implement and execute a plan
• Past experience working with internal and external partners
• A highly collaborative, data and results person is ideal
• Ability to manage a budget
• A high level understanding of the media sales environment, competitive insights and usage of account management tools preferred
• Desire to win is a must
