Customer Success Team Lead

Outbrain is the world’s largest content discovery platform, bringing personalised, relevant online, mobile and video content to audiences while helping publishers understand their audiences through data. Outbrain serves over 190 billion personalised content recommendations every month and reaches over 561 million unique visitors from across the globe.

We’re looking for a passionate leader, to take the support team to the next level. Someone who is data driven, who can put KPIs in place and track them along the way. We already know that no matter how great our product is, customers are most likely to remember the direct interaction they have with our service staff. We need you in order to ensure this is going to be a good memory. This year is going to be full of challenges, including mentoring a young team, implementing chat and improving our support SLAs. * Manage every aspect of content marketing campaigns * Monitor campaign performance and come up with ways for improvement. * Guide and mentor the team to overachieve customers expectation * Provide excellent communication via phone, emails and direct contact. * Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork and collaboration * Identifies improvements to enhance the team's efficiency * Defines and meets service level goals

* BA/BS degree or equivalent * Experience in customer service & support * 2-3 years of managerial experience. * Self-starter with the ability to execute quickly and an eye for details * Ability to actively drive problems to resolution * Great communication skills * Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
