Outbrain is looking for a smart, highly organized and motivated intern to join the customer success team. You will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a great attitude, joining the Customer Onboarding team responsible for educating and retaining new customers for Outbrain Amplify.

* Managing customer contacts and content through SalesForce * Analyzing project results to identify trends and needs * Generating weekly/monthly data reports for managers * Providing data driven insights to support the design and development of internal processes * Assisting with building, executing, and tracking email campaigns

**Skills and Qualifications** * Be able to work 20 hours/4 days a week * Strong excel skills * Strong analytical skills * Tech savvy (will have to work with different systems- Excel, kissMetrics, Google analytics, SalesForce, etc) * Strong oral and written communication skills * Preferable - has studied or has a background in business / computer science / statistics **Qualities** * Strong work ethic - willing to go above and beyond. Capable of moving projects forward with little direction * Eager to learn * Positive attitude when managing anything from larger projects to smaller, administrative tasks * Passion for marketing and interested in it as a career path * Highly organized and fast paced person * Works well with deadlines and shifting priorities
