Orleans Central Supervisory Union
(Barton, Vermont)The Orleans Central Supervisory Union is comprised of seven town school districts (Albany, Barton, Brownington, Glover, Irasburg, Orleans and Westmore) supporting six K-8 elementary schools, the Orleans Central Early Childhood Program, and Lake Region Union High School. There are approximately 1,100 students enrolled in the entire district, and the OCSU employs a total of 400 staff members. The Orleans Central Supervisory Union is located in the heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.
The Orleans Central S.U. has two part time Preschool openings:
One for a Special Education paraprofessional and one part time Preschool opening for a classroom paraprofessional for the 2015-2016 school year.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with with special needs students (such as: autism, emotional, behavioral and intensive special education needs).
- Experience working with preschool age children in an educational environment

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Associate degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work VISA in United States required
