Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates feature visioning and definitions on assigned digital products
  • Produce superior customer experiences that drive differentiated customer engagement
  • Defines and presents success metrics to drive new enhancements and product feature priorities
  • Creates and maintains feature roadmap on assigned digital products
  • Interface with technology development team as a product owner
  • Achieves exceptional client satisfaction by delivering on time, on budget and high quality digital products
  • Manages all aspects of the execution activities: scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, communication, team and client relationships on a daily basis
  • Actively monitors developments to prepare for unexpected events and identifies corrective actions when needed (i.e. slippages, risk mitigation, etc)
  • Collaborates with teams on Content - Creation, Publishing, Analytics, Web Development, Integrated Marketing, Creative Services, Corporate Communications, Legal Services, 3rd-party agencies and vendors, etc.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor in pressured situations

Competencies for Success/Requirements: Experiences:

  • Defined and delivered complete digital experience from concept to operation: 3+ digital properties
  • Served as product manager on consumer-facing web properties: 5-7 years
  • Managed activities with 10+ direct project members: 5-7 years
  • Effectively worked with remote teams: 5-7 years

Working Knowledge:

  • Facilitate feature visioning sessions and drive feature roadmaps
  • Proven ability to create superior customer experiences that drive differentiated customer engagement
  • Interpret user behavioral analytics and reporting into actionable insights
  • Effective written and verbal communication with business and technology teams
  • Thorough understanding of web / software development life cycle
  • Work in an agile/Scrum teams
  • Experience delivering innovative digital products for Financial Advisors and / or Individual InvestorsTools: Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
