Responsibilities
* Process monthly billing cycle for portfolio of up to 200 US customers following processes and procedures for varying customer needs and demands * Use and create reports to substantiate fees * Identify and explain invoicing variances * Interface with multiple departments including Sales, Legal, IT and management * Prepare billing reports, reconciliations and analyses * Proactively work to resolve cases in billing queue * Accurately process customer credits following processes and procedures * Process credit card payments and refunds * Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers * Set up new customer accounts * Support collection efforts for Accounts Receivable portfolio * Serve as back-up for cash receipts posting in OpenMarket billing platform * Recommend enhancements to the billing system * Meet and document SOX requirements * Participate in audits as needed
