New Home Consultant (Rental)

This diverse company is vertically integrated with in-house departments responsible for execution of the company’s activities including property development, construction and management as well as leasing, sales and marketing.

There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the Sales team in Los Angeles as a New Home Consultant with a focus on renting high-end fully furnished vacation rentals. As part of the LEVEL sales team you will have the opportunity to represent some of the best new product in downtown Los Angeles and play a key part in continually defining the market standard. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate rentals and a valid real estate license.

• Lead clients through the rental process aligning needs/wants with a particular home
• Manage client relationships like your own business - achieving above market results
• Identify buying obstacles/objections and find solutions to overcome them
• Engage with the outside real estate community to develop prospects
• Connect with people building a trusting relationship

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Sales
• Valid real estate trade services license required
• Post-Secondary education
• Work well in a team environment
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
