Manufacturing Yield Technician

- Daily production monitoring (yield and quality) - To review daily production data and provide disposition for material on hold due to low yield or poor quality. - To be able to perform data analysis on low yielding material and address to the responsible area (both internal and external). - To manage the RMA process (internal and external) - To provide summaries (weekly, monthly, quarterly) - To implement, maintain and deploying procedures on how to handle non-conforming material (having corporate procedures as guidelines)

**Education**: Associates/Technical Degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry - CMOS process fabrication basics - CMOS imaging process is a plus - Proficient with data analysis - JMP or data power are a plus - Microsoft office and Microsoft sharepoint - Strong communication skills; Focus on customer needs - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task - Sound decision quality; Makes decisions through data metrics and processes
