Field Sales Engineer

Join ON Semiconductor’s South Central US region as a Field Sales Engineer reporting to the Area Sales Manager

• Establish ON Semi as a strategic partner with the assigned customers.
• Provide a single point of contact for both customer and ON Semi.
• Develop and execute account‘s Business Plans.
• Drive communication and discipline insuring goal and objective alignment across ON Semi divisional boundaries to support the accounts.
• Build rapport and enable key relationships between account and ON Semi organizations.
• Establish a cooperative partnership between ON Semi and account through timely and productive resolution to all challenges, creation of necessary tools for account performance management, and long range (2+ years) strategy planning for mutual success.

• Business degree or related work experience with 5-8 years selling and or marketing experience in the Semiconductor field, required.
• BSEE or equivalent technical background, required.
• Ability to interface with all levels within the assigned accounts as well as ON Semiconductor. The right applicant should
