ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ON) is driving energy efficient innovations, empowering customers to reduce global energy use.

This position will be creating medium- to high-complexity reports, leveraging the latest QlikView reporting platform and tools. This position will be part of a team within the Sales and Marketing Sales Operations group developing dashboards supporting key business processes in use across all functional areas in the organization.

• Design and code medium- to high-complexity reports, in QlikView
• Collaborate with others to identify reporting requirements, design features and specifications
• Convert user stories to report designs
• Debug reporting problems and issues in Qlikview
• Provide support to ensure optimal performance of reports and dashboards
• Support some facets of data modeling and data management activities
• Create all types of reports and insightful data displays
• Identify and escalate issues that put work at risk of delay and propose suitable alternatives

• 1-2 years’ experience working with QlikView BI reporting platform
• Design and data visualization experience
• UI/UX expertise for web based application is a plus
• A passion for data visualization and a meticulous attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with relational databases
• Demonstrated skill in designing and developing complex reports involving drill down and master detail queries
• Strong knowledge of data models and data mining techniques, database design and writing stored procedures
• Adept at learning new technologies and business functions
• Demonstrated experience working with Qlik Set Analysis and Aggregation
