Technical Recruiter

Omnigon is a team of digital strategists, artists and technologists working exclusively in digital content delivery in the sports, media and entertainment industries. Omnigon is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. We recruit over 95% of our employees in-house, and we have developed a white glove recruitment process to welcome our new staff members to the team with the same respect and dignity. Our recruiters play an important role in sharing the ethos and history of the company, and help to prepare candidates for the interview process. We seek a like-minded, positive, technical recruiter with a high motor to join us in our NYC office.

* Understand the technical skills and roles that are vital to Omnigon, as well as the technologies that we use on a daily basis * Identify and source qualified candidates that fit Omnigon’s culture and needs * Screen candidates that fit Omnigon’s culture and needs * Present Omnigon to new candidates to ensure they understand the role they are applying for, as well as the structure of the larger team * Manage candidates throughout the entirety of the hiring process

* 2-5 years’ experience as a technical recruiter * Understanding of software development, and the different roles in a SDLC * Previous work experience in the tech industry (preferred) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience * Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task * Experience using Greenhouse, Linkedin, StackOverflow, & Indeed a plus * Multilingual - Russian is a plus
