Summary
As QA Analyst you will be responsible for developing test plans, testing, and reporting back on issues you find during the software development life cycle. You will be joining a fast team of developers and UI/UX members that work on native applications for iOS, OS X, Android, and Windows platforms.
Responsibilities
* Design test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures * Test system modifications to prepare for implementation * Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers and project managers * Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, visual alignment, and content * Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes * Create and maintain reference of known test defects * Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates * Other duties as assigned – it is understood that this list of major duties and responsibilities is not an inclusive list and that other duties and responsibilities, which may include helping others in the same or different departments, may be assigned by supervisor.
Ideal Candidate
**Experience:** 3+ years of professional QA experience **Education:** Four-year College Degree, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field (preferred) OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.
