Software Engineer

Omada Health is on a mission to make healthy behavior change more accessible and achievable. As a member of our engineering team, you will build the services and tools necessary to accomplish that mission. You will work with our marketing operations team to enable those at risk for chronic disease to choose the first step toward lasting change. As a software engineer with Omada Health, you will practice test-driven development and pair programming, providing frequent opportunities to learn new techniques and share your expertise. This position will have a unique setup: Two days per week, you will meet with other engineers at our Indianapolis co-working space to plan and pair program. The other three days, you will have the option to either continue working from the Indianapolis co-working space or to work remotely.

* Collaborate with design and marketing operations teams on critical outreach efforts * Collaborate with other devs to write performant, maintainable code * Help our teams constantly improve by learning from and teaching other developers * Improve our analytics platform

* Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, and desire to influence the products being built * Professional experience building consumer web applications or services * Good OO design skills and an understanding of design patterns * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Extensive understanding of Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL * Ability to meet with other engineers at our Indianapolis co-working space 2 days per week * Ability to work out of our San Francisco office one week per quarter * Bonus: Experience with CRM, outreach and analytics tools
