* Ensure that Neo’s search product is delivered in a professional, comprehensive form with insights and recommended actions * Help develop and improve processes that will streamline operations, improve performance and maximize profitability * Help elevate the search product to a strategic role, part of a greater media and marketing context * Ensuring all SEM deliverables are met on time and on quality and align with client objectives * Enforce communications processes for optimal integration between search and media teams * Identify and roll-out search best practices across clients * Development and growth of search team including ongoing evaluation of staff planning & resource allocation * Identifying and acting upon growth potential within existing accounts * Client/Inter-agency interface as needed * Train, motivate and develop search planning group

* 5+ years experience of media agency and management experience, especially digital, ideally paid and natural search marketing * Client service experience with senior clients * Excellent project management skills * Oriented toward learning new skills, technologies * Problem-solving, conflict resolution and prevention * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation and facilitation)
