Contract Accounts Receivable Administrator

The Finance department at Ocean Spray is looking to add a Contract Accounts Receivable Administrator to its growing team! This is a 3 month assignment with temp to perm potential. The position is located at our Corporate Office in Lakeville, MA.

* Pull bank reports and apply cash deposits within 1 day. * Maintain and balance daily lock box general ledger and corrections. * Analyze and review misapplied payments/analyze deduction abuse as a cost savings. * Participate in fully automating the cash project where possible by reviewing the process and fixing all issues that cause either a re-processing error or a check to be unprocessed or unapplied. * Responsible for contacting, via telephone or e-mail communication, assigned brokers and customers daily to obtain progress and resolution of outstanding deductions. * Scan documents to brokers and handle monthly archiving of bank remittances. * To meet monthly assigned deduction targets for total open deductions. * Complete any special projects.

* High school diploma required. * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable required. * Accounts receivable business experience, * Familiarity of researching deductions is preferred. * Cash application experience essential. * Computer skills with strength in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
