Assistant Treasurer

Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is an Agricultural Cooperative that is owned by more than 700 cranberry and grapefruit growers throughout the United States, Canada and Chile. The Finance team at Ocean Spray is currently looking for an Assistant Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurer is responsible for all treasury, cash management, and risk management activities, including interfacing with lenders, investors, rating agencies and insurers. The position is located at our Corporate Office in Lakeville, MA. Full relocation assistance will be provided.

* Develop and maintain relationships with all lenders, investors, rating agencies and insurers * Prepare and give presentations to senior management, banks, and rating agencies * Assist the CFO and VP-Business Planning with special projects and preparation of board of directors presentations * Help prepare balance sheets, statements of cash flows, and interest expense for plans and forecasts * Optimize daily and strategic cash management * Actively manage foreign exchange risk through hedging program * Identify and manage risk across enterprise with insurers * Manage the professional development of treasury staff

* Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business related discipline * MBA and/or professional designation(s) preferred * 8+ years of related experience * Content expert in treasury role and requirements, including experience with relationship management with lenders and ratings agencies, cash and foreign exchange management, and strong knowledge of credit agreements * Proficient working with financial statements * Demonstrated thought leadership and teamwork skills * Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with SAP preferred
