Administrative Assistant

Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is an Agricultural Cooperative that is owned by more than 700 cranberry and grapefruit growers throughout the United States, Canada and Chile. Ocean Spray is looking for a talented and driven Administrative Assistant to support its Finance Team. The position will report to the Vice President, Corporate Controller and is located at our Corporate Office in Lakeville, MA.

* Provide administrative support to the Vice-President's in the Finance department * Proactively manage calendars with the ability to schedule and prioritize meetings, resolve schedule conflicts, and stay several steps ahead to maintain efficiency * Coordinate logistical tasks for meetings, including but not limited to booking of meeting space, catering and technical equipment * Make travel arrangements and process expense reports. * Handles various administrative tasks relating to department needs: processing invoices and accounts payable, mail delivery to department, and maintains supplies for the area. * Provide statutory financial statements and letters of compliance to appropriate parties * Coordinate fiscal audit confirmation letter process * Assist finance department with offsite storage * General administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. * 5+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior or executive management level staff required. * Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity * Basic SAP and SharePoint experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of Outlook, MS-Office Suite Products * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
